A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to mandating that the Mayor's Management Report include citizen satisfaction survey responses.

This bill would require the Mayor’s Management Report, which is an accounting of the performance of mayoral agencies that is required to be published by September 17 of each year, to include the results of citizen satisfaction surveys with respect to those agencies that provide services to the public.
