A Local Law to amend the New York city charter in relation to using a machine readable format for the department of citywide administrative services’ quarterly provisional employee report.

The New York City Charter currently requires the Department of Citywide Administrative Services to issue a quarterly report regarding provisional employees. This bill would require that the report be issued in a format that can be automatically read and processed by a machine and posted to the city’s website.
