A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to requiring certain agencies to be capable of issuing warnings.

This bill would require the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, the Department of Buildings, the Department of Sanitation, the Department of Environmental Protection, and the Department of Consumer Affairs to make available to their inspectors equipment that would be capable of issuing first-violation warnings, where permitted by law.
