Department of Homeless Services, Population Limits

A Local Law to amend the New York city charter and the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to creating a department of homeless services, creating population limits for shelters for adults, requiring beds for people seeking assistance at the emergency assistance unit, and repealing section 605 of such charter and section 21-129 of such code.
