Backlash Mitigation Plan

A Local Law to amend the charter of the city of New York, in relation to the Office of Emergency Management, the New York City Police Department and other related agencies to organize a backlash mitigation plan to be implemented immediately following an event that may initiate backlash, bias, violence or hate crimes against protected groups as defined in the administrative code of the city of New York § 8-102 (22).
