A Local Law to amend the administrative code, in relation to requiring the fire department to report annually on emergency medical services personnel resignations
This bill would require the New York City Fire Department (FDNY) to report annually on Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel who resign, including the individual’s title, salary and length of service at the department, and whether the individual was reemployed by another city, state or county agency within a year of resignation. The report will also include how many EMS employees take promotional exams each year.
