Medical Service Preventive, City Employees

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of New York, in relation to annual reporting on the utilization of clinical preventive medical services to be provided to city employees and their families by health maintenance organizations, insurance companies and other entities under contract to provide health insurance coverage to such employees and their families.
