Prohibiting public disclosure of the addresses of certain shelter facilities.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to prohibiting public disclosure of the addresses of certain shelter facilities.

This bill would prohibit any mayoral agency or office that operates emergency or temporary shelter facilities exclusively serving new arrivals from publicly disclosing the address or location of any such shelter facility unless such disclosure is required by a judicial warrant or otherwise required by law.
