Resignation of members of boards of directors of business improvement district management associations.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the resignation of members of boards of directors of business improvement district management associations

This bill would require any member of a board of directors of a business improvement district management association who intends to resign from such board to provide no fewer than 30 days’ notice prior to such resignation.
