A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of housing preservation and development to provide a resource guide regarding shared driveways

This bill would mandate the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) to create a resource guide on shared driveways. The resource guide would include information on how to determine whether a property includes a shared driveway, resources for dispute resolution, and any other information HPD deems to be appropriate. HPD would be required to post the resource guide on its website.
