A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring notification of community boards and elected officials before renewing an emergency shelter contract
This bill would amend the existing community notification requirement to require the Department of Homeless Services to notifying elected officials and community boards for affected areas when an emergency homeless shelter contract is renewed.
