A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the police department to provide information and officer training relating to identity theft

This bill would require the Police Department to post information on its website about identity theft, including information about reporting suspected identity theft to the department. Additionally, the Police Department would also be required to train officers on responding to and investigating suspected identity theft.
