A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the sale of tianeptine

This bill would prohibit the distribution and sale of tianeptine in New York City. The bill would not prohibit licensed medical professionals from dispensing tianeptine. The bill imposes civil penalties for non-compliance with the prohibition of sale.
