A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to a program for the waiver of fees for certain vacant storefront areas.

This bill would permit the waiving of certain fees for qualifying commercial properties located within commercial corridors in designated disadvantaged council districts with high storefront vacancy rates in the city, if certain criteria are met.
