Wrongful discharge from employment.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to wrongful discharge from employment

This proposed bill would prohibit, with enumerated exceptions, employers from terminating employees without just cause. It would also prohibit, with enumerated exceptions, the use of electronic monitoring in discharging or disciplining employees.
