Reducing the fine and civil penalty for unlicensed general vending

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to reducing the fine and civil penalty for unlicensed general vending

This bill would reduce the maximum fine for unlicensed general vending from $1,000 to $500, and it would reduce the civil penalty for each day of unlicensed operation from $250 to $50.
