Rent stabilized housing disclosures by council members.
A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to rent stabilized housing disclosures by council members
This bill would require Council Members to file an annual disclosure report with the Conflicts of Interest Board indicating whether their primary residence is a rent stabilized housing accommodation. This bill would also establish provisions related to public inspection, report retention, and fines for not filing such reports.
