A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to prohibiting the distribution of hypodermic syringes and needles by mobile syringe service programs in certain locations

This bill would prohibit the distribution by mobile syringe service programs of hypodermic syringes and needles within any playground; within 50 feet of a playground, where practicable; on any school premises, or adjacent to any school premises.
