Lifting product regulations on newsstands

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to lifting product regulations on newsstands

This bill would expand the definition of newsstand to include stands that operate primarily for the sale of newspapers, magazines, periodicals, books, pamphlets and other similar written matter. This bill would also lift the price cap for goods or services sold at newsstands.
