Visibility of the ride timer in pedicabs.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the visibility of the ride timer in pedicabs

This bill would require that the timer in pedicabs be affixed to the rear of the bicycle seat and within clear view of all the pedicab passengers.
