Provision of sufficient receptacles for the storage of solid waste

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the provision of sufficient receptacles for the storage of solid waste

This bill would require that someone who manages or controls a building with 100 units or more provide a dumpster for refuse.
