Videoconferencing services for individuals in custody of the department of correction

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to videoconferencing services for individuals in custody of the department of correction

This bill would require the Department of Correction to provide free videoconferencing services to individuals within the custody of the department.
