Prohibiting non-disclosure agreements relating to development projects.

Resolution calling upon the New York State Legislature to pass, and the Governor to sign S.1891/A.4523, authorizing the city of New York to install and operate street cleaning camera systems for the purpose of enforcing street cleaning parking rules

This bill would prohibit the City or a City economic development entity from entering into any agreement during negotiations of a prospective City development project that prevents disclosure of any information or records relating to such development project.
