A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the police department to post quarterly reports on its website relating to the use of seat belt holds and chokeholds
This bill requires the New York City Police Department (NYPD) to report quarterly on the number of seat belt holds attempted and the number of seat belt holds that resulted in the use of a chokehold by NYPD personnel.
