Establishing a prevailing wage requirement for covered workers in financially assisted facilities.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to establishing a prevailing wage requirement for covered workers in financially assisted facilities

This bill would require certain developers of economic development projects receiving $1 million or more in financial assistance from the City or a City economic development entity to provide prevailing wages to workers performing construction work at such economic development projects.
