Requiring the disclosure of school admissions policies and procedures.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the disclosure of school admissions policies and procedures

This bill would require the Department of Education to provide in plain language on its website the admissions policies and procedures for each school, including the application process, selection criteria and priority groups, the procedures and methods for evaluating applications, and any other relevant information.
