A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the commissioner of sanitation to report on sidewalk obstruction enforcement

This bill would require the Department of Sanitation to submit a report every three months to the Speaker of the City Council and to the Mayor on DSNY’s efforts to enforce against obstructed sidewalks.
