A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring quarterly reporting on lawful source of income discrimination in housing accommodations

This bill would require the New York City Commission on Human Rights to issue quarterly reports regarding source of income discrimination complaints it has received, initiated, and resolved the previous quarter as well as unresolved complaints received or initiated prior to the previous quarter and the status of such complaints.
