Limiting the use of facial recognition technology in residential buildings.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to limiting the use of facial recognition technology in residential buildings

This bill would make it unlawful for an owner of a multiple dwelling to install, activate or use any biometric recognition technology that identifies tenants or the guest of a tenant.
