A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to prohibiting dynamic pricing under the city’s bike share program

This bill would prohibit the Department of Transportation from allowing dynamic pricing as part of its Citi Bike program. Dynamic pricing is defined to mean any increase in fees charged for the services of the bike share operator based on increased demand.
