A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to outreach and education regarding the proper disposal of household cooking oil and grease

This bill would mandate the department of environmental protection, in collaboration with the department of sanitation, to conduct outreach and education to the general public on the proper disposal of cooking oil and grease.
