Establishing a website to request free COVID-19 rapid antigen tests and personal protective equipment.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to establishing a website to request free COVID-19 rapid antigen tests and personal protective equipment

This bill would require the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to create a website that allows users to order COVID-19 rapid tests, masks, and gloves. The Department of Health and Mental Hygiene would then mail the requested COVID-19 supplies free of charge.
