Delayed repairs to sidewalks damaged by city-owned trees.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to delayed repairs to sidewalks damaged by city-owned trees

This bill would require the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) to provide notice to affected Council Members, Community Boards and Borough Presidents whenever work performed by or on behalf of DPR to repair a sidewalk damaged by a City tree is cancelled or delayed.
