A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of correction to report programming and fiscal information

This bill would require the Department of Correction to report, on an annual basis, information pertaining to discharge planning efforts, post-release job placements, the mental health needs and services of incarcerated individuals, programming for incarcerated individuals, and budget and spending.
