A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to department of housing preservation and development 421-a notices

This bill would mandate the Department of Housing Preservation and Development to mail all 421-a notices via certified mail. Furthermore, this bill would mandate the Department of Housing Preservation and Development to provide a pamphlet with all 421-a notices advising in the 10 designated citywide languages that the notice is coming from the Department and that the Department must offer interpretation services upon request.
