Increasing civil penalties for idling infractions by trucks and buses.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to increasing civil penalties for idling infractions by trucks and buses

This bill would increase the civil penalty imposed for drivers of buses and trucks who violate the anti-idling provision of the Air Pollution Control code. The penalty increases after the first and second violation.
