A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of citywide administrative services to give two years notice of lease expiration to tenants of city-leased properties
This bill would require the Department of Citywide Administrative Services to notify tenants of City-leased properties via mail when their lease or rental agreement is set to expire in two years. Additionally, the Department of Citywide Administrative Services must send a copy of the notification to the relevant council member, borough president and community board.
