A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the creation of a publicly accessible online database and notification system for towed vehicles

This bill would require the creation of a publicly accessible, centralized online database for tracking vehicles towed by the New York Police Department, tow operators licensed by the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection or any other City entity, along with a corresponding opt-in notification system to alert vehicle owners if their vehicle information is entered into the database.
