Pass through contracts.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to pass through contracts

This bill would require the Department of Design and Construction to submit quarterly reports to the speaker regarding DDC construction contracts with sole source entities whose board members are appointed directly or indirectly by city officials.
