Removal of derelict vehicles.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to removal of derelict vehicles

This bill would specify that the Department of Sanitation (DSNY) is the agency responsible for the removal of any abandoned vehicle from a street, if such vehicle does not have license plates and has a wholesale value of $1250 or less.
