A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to prohibiting the issuance of permits for the use of sound apparatuses to produce low bass sounds

This bill would prohibit the Police Commissioner from issuing permits for the use of sound apparatuses to produce low bass sounds at a level of 40 hertz or below for a duration of 10 seconds or more.
