A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring covered stores to collect and recirculate reusable bags

This bill would require certain stores to have a bin for collection of unwanted reusable bags. Returned reusable bags, if in good condition, would be sanitized and reused by the store for future consumers.
