A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring moped retailers to provide ownership information at point of sale

This bill would require the department of consumer and worker protection in coordination with the department of transportation to develop and distribute materials related to the operation of mopeds. It would also require moped retailers to distribute such materials at the point of sale.
