A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York in relation to requiring the inclusion of businesses owned by persons of Middle Eastern and North African descent in future disparity studies

This bill would require the inclusion of businesses owned by persons of Middle Eastern and North African descent in any future disparity study conducted for the purpose of determining eligibility for certification in the City’s Minority- and Women-owned Business Enterprise program.
