A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring an annual report by a contracted entity to include information about agreements to provide community benefits

This bill would alter the terms of the contract between the city and the New York Economic Development Corporation (“EDC”) by requiring EDC to include in its annual report certain details regarding any commitments by a person or organization to provide community benefits to residents of a neighborhood effected by an EDC project.
