A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to penalties for improper collection or disposal of waste by mobile food vendors

This bill would codify in the administrative code the existing health code penalty schedule for food vendors who improperly collect or dispose of their waste. The civil penalty would be of $200 for the first and second violation, $250 for a third violation, and $500 for a fourth or subsequent violation within any two-year period.
