A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to prohibiting the use of plywood to secure vacant buildings

This bill would require the owner of any vacant building that is not continuously guarded or not sealed and kept secure against unauthorized entry to seal building openings using a material other than plywood.
