A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to sign language public service announcements for persons who are deaf or hard of hearing on LinkNYC kiosks

This includes information on the availability of text-to-911 in American Sign Language (“ASL”) with accompanying closed captioning, public service announcements in ASL, public service announcements translated into international sign and other sign languages, commercial advertisements in ASL and translated into international sign and other sign languages, and information on agency resources and services specific to persons who are deaf or hard of hearing.
