A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to increased penalties for department of buildings violations issued to parking structures

This bill would double the standard civil penalties for Department of Buildings-enforced violations when issued to the owner of a parking structure, and allow the department to enforce daily penalties for violations for failure to maintain a parking structure.
