A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to extending reasonable workplace accommodations to caregivers

This bill would extend the right to reasonable workplace accommodations to caregivers, as defined in the New York City Human Rights Law. The bill would also require employers to participate in cooperative dialogue regarding the caregiver’s reasonable accommodations.
